Pros

Once you are in one of the "support teams" for Teleperformance, you will be treated with respect and dignity about 50% of the time. Most support team supervisors and managers are decent and good bosses who will listen to your issues and do their best to resolve them. Also support team members are given more leeway when it comes to schedule adherence, which means managers will be less stringent about approving days off. This allows support employees to rearrange their schedule to better meet their needs

Cons

Agents and supervisors are treated as "numbers" They are nothing more than cattle to be used and abused for the company's needs. Supervisors that show any kind of compassion for an agent that center management has deemed as undesirable are chastised and told to fall in line. Teleperformance claims to live by a no retaliation and no favoritism rule, however unless employees are part of the clique, they are fair game. ACMs and CCMs are allowed to run rampant and treat their employees with wanton disrespect, most of the time with full knowledge of the local HR department. ACMs and CCMs are often friends with local HR representatives which negates any objectivity when a complaint is filed against them. HR will claim to be "investigating" the complaint while already having decided the outcome, which usually means that their friends could not of done anything wrong. HR will then find any excuse to fire the person who dared to file a complaint against their friend.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
