Pros

Teleperformance honestly has been my saving grace. No experience was required. Paid training. They paid for all my licences. They have corprate rules that can be a little much, like every other company but they do the best they can to work with you. All the supervisors are super friendly and none of them act like they have a power trip. Even supervisors who aren't assigned to you do they best they can to help. Everyone is a person here. They do the best to uplift you and make things as fun as possible. Biggest pro- there is unlimited overtime.

Cons

It is a call center, so it can get a little draining on busy days.

Calls are back to back and you have to meet all metrics.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
