lost management- they don't know what they are doing if you are a performer but don't go and show them, no use.
favoritism- Yes if you are one of those who knows how to be in their good books and do whatever it takes.
H.R- Always playing with staff with fake promises and misleading information, even if you send them an email for any queries or emergency they won't respond back. It's good they are yet not sued.
