Pros
If you are an experienced retail management profesional and never worked before with jewellery try to learn as much as you can and leave at the very first opportunity for better brand . Tous is far away from luxury as much as they try to sell themselves as luxury brand .
Cons
I didn’t experienced such a badly structured company in 20 years of retail experience where since my day one I saw managers wasted and very tired complaining about bad organisation from the top management. Badly understaffed collapsed stores where everyone has to do everything under high pressure and everyone does it with mistakes since you have to multitask on an extreme levels .
