Pros

Good pay/benefits, fun job, opportunity.

Cons

Biggest con is management, seems like management don't like to feel inferior to their subordinates. If you do something that's good they will try and claim that idea as their own, if you say something that makes your manager look bad or stupid they will try to twist it and make you feel like you were in the wrong even tho they were. They choose favorites based off of how threatening they are to their position. If an individual doesn't pose a threat to them they will favorite this person, but if you are a threat to their position they will continuously find things that you do wrong to keep you looking bad.

Pros

Working at Torc has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. The technology we're building is genuinely world-changing — autonomous trucking has the potential to transform how goods move across the country, and being part of that mission makes the work feel meaningful every single day. The pace is fast, which keeps things engaging. There's always something new to tackle, and the environment pushes you to grow quickly. If you thrive on momentum and like seeing your contributions matter, you'll feel right at home here. One thing that stands out is the flexibility around work hours. It's clear that leadership trusts employees to get the job done without micromanaging when or how you do it. That kind of autonomy makes a real difference for work-life balance.

Cons

The fast pace isn't for everyone — be ready to hit the ground running
