Opportunity to make money in the oilfield. Leaning all there is to know about fracking. Upper management was willing to let me make changes as needed or as I saw fit to maintenance program.

Unorganized because of the newness of the company. No direction from others. Long hours in the elements. Pay scale uneven. Hiring practices needed to be streamlined.
