Pros
The team members made all the difference. There was opportunity to progress in your career around the company. Support from senior management was fantastic.
Cons
The lack of support when issues were raised from your direct report was concerning. Often felt like the issues at hand fell on deaf ears, the salary seemed inadequate for the expectation of the work load. Work life balance wasn't encouraged. The culture was always work hard and no play.
