Private pension, shift work, good work life balance.
Cons
Not easy to progress unless you are in the circle of trust, little breaks and every minute is accounted for, any delays from breaks reprimanded and poor bonuses for individualsgoing above and heyond. Managers don't listen to feedback and do very little to encourage career progression.
