Pros
Great team, could see progress in people you train, kept eachother motivated. Roadtrips personally, I enjoyed, traveling was great and it brought me closer to the team.
Cons
Very poor communication from the company itself, although my team in the city was wonderful, the higher ups never told us critical information such as the expectations of our position and what happens when we don't fulfill them.
