Leadership was not the best

I made one life long friend from this company. Who also finally escaped it's grip.

I worked here from 2018-2021. I have never encountered corruption before working at this company. The corruption goes deep, and it is creepy. The leadership is extremely shady, I watched them over the years transform from normal humans into creatures that sold their souls for titles and money. I watched this company fire countless people. They created new roles and brought people in, often people that left long term secure positions to take a chance with this company ultimately to be let go when it did not pan out that these new roles were something that TNG wanted to pursue any longer. They have treated individuals as disposable then call it business. They have fired dozens upon dozens of people. I was someone who was fired in retaliation because I went to HR when someone on my team was inappropriate with me. That person ultimately was put on leave then eventually became my executive director after two executive directors left the position because of the corruption, and within days of them becoming my manager fired me. In the firing the HR representative was there and told me they did not need to give me a reason and they could fire the CEO if they wanted to, all after I asked what kind of reason they would have to fire me. She said they could fire anyone with no reason at all. She told me it was clear I was unhappy there, and to that she was correct. I was drowning in depression working for this company I just couldn't see that until I was freed from it. I later found out she herself the HR rep got fired along with the CEO. So she wasn't lying - they really can and will fire anyone. They gaslight people, they overwork people, they abuse their power greatly. I was constantly steamrolled. I tried countless times to advance myself within the company and show initiative and interest in the material but I was blocked, silenced or team members above me would present my ideas as their own in meetings, and I was made to look useless and stupid. And I know that many people in their leadership roles have a lot of guilt about it. I could absolutely never recommend this company to anyone. I find it hard to believe they have as many people on staff as they do. I cannot imagine anyone in administrative roles has anything truly positive to say about the company. I think they all feel trapped because the company pays somewhat decent. The leadership are the type of people who make your skin crawl and the hair on your neck stand up. They sold their souls and they are in this for the money and power - not for the good of humanity. Do not let the mission statement of the company fool you. They want profits, not human rights or legality. Run!
