Pros
TMK is a good company to work for. A bit unorganized in the management department, there is a major power struggle at the top and in turn it trickles down on all levels. Overall they are a good company to work for.
Cons
The hours are long and there is a lot of forced overtime, which can be considered either good or bad. The shifts rotate from week to week so not a lot of at home time with the family.
