Thank you for your opinions and feedback on what could be areas of improvement for the organization. While TMF Health Quality Institute prohibits favoritism of employees within the organization and our subsidiary, C2C Innovative Solutions, Inc., we encourage our employees that are being affected by this to report their issues to Human Resources. Notification is imperative to assist employees. Human Resources is available by phone, email, and in person, and although employees are encouraged to communicate openly with the department regarding any issues and concerns, other resources are available to employees in the event that they feel Human Resources will not or has not adequately addressed their concerns.
TMF Health Quality Institute and C2C Innovative Solutions, Inc. value open communication and as such, utilizes an open door policy for employees, weekly email updates from the CEO to all employees, and encourages employees to submit ideas for the organization via several channels. Furthermore, we demonstrate our appreciation of employees in various ways, including but not limited to increased vacation time based on tenure, a competitive benefits package, continuing education funding for degrees and certifications, and funding for conferences. Employees are also thanked both formally and informally at tenure award luncheons, the Spring and Fall luncheon, the summer employee appreciation event, and the annual holiday party. While we feel that these are excellent manners in which to appreciate the many employees and hard workers of TMF, TMF and its executives encourage and appreciate recommendations from staff members.
