      Pros

      Excellent quality for outsourcing service with balance for life and work through less/even no need overtime for achieving this. Good work environment with colleague and line manager, management pays a lot of concerns on employees benefit. Keeping improvement for employees' professional skills and knowledge by providing training program either outside or website.

      Cons

      Rather lower bonus scheme, not clear so much.

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
