Like many businesses, we are focused on ensuring that we deliver uninterrupted client experience especially during the pandemic, but also prioritizing our people above all else. This meant that we pivoted our strategy to adapt - and by doing so has allowed us to weather the storm while making sure we deliver a wholesome career experience to our #oneTMF team regardless, and putting efforts and initiatives in place to look after their overall wellbeing and engagement.
