TMF Group is undergoing some changes as we are looking to better not just how we do business, but also the career experience that our employees get. We are already working on our compensation and benefits plan to be more competitive and looking to improve how we lead the team to ensure we deliver the best global career experience.
All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
