Pros
There's a definite shift for the better in a number of areas - employee focus, processes, business strategy. I am now a full time employee and have seen a lot of change over the last 6 months. The CEO is definitely upping his game to take TMF Group to the next level - give this company a couple of years and it will no doubt be a top player in the industry.
Cons
I work in the London office and sadly, it is not the best (although in an a coveted location in Central London) the interiors need a face lift and would up the morale of employees.
