Pros
TMF Group is a great company that can reward employees with opportunities to develop through being exposed to varying experiences. Due to the size and international nature of the organisation, junior and senior staff alike can be given exposure to projects and pieces of work that would not necessarily be forthcoming in larger organisations.
Cons
More investment in employee benefits are needed and some senior executives need to improve their management skills to 'bring' employees along.
