      They care about you at a personal level and strive for a win win situation, not only the company's profit.

      Cons

      Only 25 days of holidays, not always willing to give a lease car, no phone contract.

      Environment,management, values, invested in employees and room to grow

      Cons

      PTO it is hard to accumulate PTO when you start as a new employee since it will also be used as sick time and mandatory holiday pay. Pay is also a large downside.
