      Flexible working hours and get off work on time as the employer usually does not stay in the office.

      Cons

      Not enough practical training to compare with the other consultants. Not sufficient help and supporting for the junior and the senior is less provided the actual instruction.

      No good position, only low casual position available, salary cap Good for boss for cost control Bad for staff, 20 years still the same, even you are capable of higher position
