Pros
Working at TLM, you really feel like your part of something bigger. Be it the events they organize every year in the summer or at the Holidays, where you can meet all the new people that joined in the last year. Or when you ship a project and get congratulated by the whole Slack. It is also possible to go and talk to literally every member of management whenever you have a suggestion, a question or just want to chat about slack-lines. Projects are fun, stimulating and rewarding. I never was in a team where we didn't have fun while working, every team member supports their fellow colleagues and are always ready to answer questions. As for benefits, we have a group RRSP with matching contributions from the employer, good insurances and you can chose to donate to Centraide directly from your paycheck. Work/life balance is great, you can chose to work from home all the time if that's what you want. There's also offices in Québec city, Chicoutimi and La Rochelle in France where you can go and work on site with colleagues.
Cons
This is a small company, if you're used to a bigger place, you may find some processes lack structure. They pay is also middle of the road, not the worst, not the best.
