TLC is a great place to work, they always treat me like family. Their dispatch team is always working non-stop to find you loads and make sure that you are happy! They have been in business for almost 25 years so they have built up a spectacular revenue. People ask me about my work all the time and I always recommend TLC Express!

There are absolutely NO PROS working for this company.

They promised $1 per mile when I started working, NO LOAD was ever offered to me above .80 cents/mile. I agreed once to a .70 cpm load just to get them to pull me out of CHARLOTTE, NC!! (I've been a dispatcher, so I know Charlotte is a great place to get loads, yet I waited 6 days there.) Next they start offering me .70 cpm on a regular basis. They promise 1500 - 2500 miles per week, I barely did a 1000. Oh, and it took a month for them to pay me. STAY AWAY!!!!
