Fast communication. Work environment was not always the most safe it could be

Good time off benefits, health insurance paid by employer, free Starbucks at staff meetings, most of the employees are wonderful people who are extremely talented, able to do some traveling.

Unstable work environment, hostile management, no room for growth within the company, bonuses were cut without notice, owner of company pitted management against one another.
