Pros
Generally, the company strives to create an excellent product and has many employees who work very hard to provide excellence for TKE while providing their best customer service.
Cons
There has been and is a large amount of employee turnover and many experienced employees have left the company. In many cases, employees bear the load of problem solving as an individual instead of having company resources to solve any given problem. This results in inefficiency and employee frustration. Management generally has no clue of the impact of this work environment. While TKE has done a good job of establishing standard operating procedures (SOP’s), they no longer have sufficient employees to operate under this system of SOP’s yet drive them relentlessly resulting in low morale. It is not uncommon to see “do as I say and not as I do”. Having said this, there are good people working there and I consider TKE as a good place to work.
