Pros
They increase your salary every now then by a little bit, it is not much work and the managers are nice/fun, so is most of the workers.
Cons
A lot of people quit and get hired so you’re never with the same people, it is always always busy along with a long line especially on the weekends. A good amount of moody customers and you always have to ask customers about the Tjmaxx card( it is mandatory). Also you only get 10% discount though there is a lot of free food in the break room and a lot of food they get for celebrations.
