Pros

The community is okay. The other employees have empathy and stick up for each other, we help each other out. We were well trained and some of the managers do a good job while also maintaining respect for the employees and a sense of humor. You learn a lot of different skills, so it beefs up your resume a little. You get access to a lot of neat deals and generally the culture there seems lighter and less strict than a lot of workplaces. A good source of pocket money but you can't really plan for independence with these kind of wages and hours.

Cons

Short hours. Low pay. You will come to hate the word 'rewards'. Cheap and exploitative strategies--scheduling people for 4 hour 45 minute shifts for maximum work with minimum breaks. Hiring new people when current people can barely get hours, is not a strategy to create workplace contentment. Complaining about lack of customer service when we have a skeleton crew and are barely managing to cover the vital bases. Employee discount is a measly ten percent. Part time means 8 hours a week sometimes.
