Pros

Working with associates to help develop them to try to get them to the next level. The schedule is flexible.

Cons

No positive feedback for what is done well. Everything is seen as an opportunity. Discussions are one sided. More about task then customers

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
