Pros
Employee appreciation is given at least once a month which is very meaningful for a company with so many employees. The store where I worked and management is very professional, no micromanagement at all and management lets your work speak for you.
Cons
No hours and the pay doesn’t increase much unless you move up and there isn’t much room to grow up.
