Pros
Great diversity, potential room for growth, management has great communications skills and are very flexible with staff. So far I have not complaints and would recommend this company to anyone.
Cons
The downsides are the hours, of course working in the retail industry one has no control over that. But overall I must say that i"m pleased so far and would definitely recommend working here.
