Pros
TJC has some key individuals that are very good.
TJC has good relations with it's clients [how I'm not sure?]
Cons
There are a number of them:
1 You are a temporary employee no matter what your title is.
2 They never train anybody for anything.
3 Pay is ok, not great, just ok.
4 They have a lot of overseas employees [working for less] and their knowledge base is at the same level. They normally take twice the time or longer to do the work, and then it's poor quality. TJC doesn't care that much, they get paid by time and materials.
5 Benefits are very poor. During my time there you got 10 days personal time, whether you use it as sick time, or vacation time. This is the same for all employees whether they have worked there 10 days or 10 years, except upper management-owners.
6 TJ does have some good people in key positions, but they have some stinkers too, and they are not overseas know nothings, but they are just warm bodies filling a position.
7 I don't believe this review will do much, primarily because unofficially TJC is for sale. Tim & Lisa bought a home on the coast and are looking for a good out to retire.
