Cons
No real clients, no career path, average salary, no salary review
Many managers - a few qualified engineers and a lot of juniors….. Tons of juniors and don’t have mentors ….. They just write code without any knowledge what they do…. Man, just run!!!! They will offer you *if you are mid engineer or above) and you shout do tasks as 3 people, because you will response for 3 or more juniors…. TINQIN don’t offer high daily rates to their clients and is cheaper for them to hire juniors. After 1 years TINQIN promotes them to senior level (there is one TL with 5 years of experience, this boy doesn’t have knowledge but is ambitious enough to think that he is more then great) because is cheap…….
In my time, there were amazing people, but the company terminated them.
The funny thing is that HR later called some of them back because there was no one left who was capable of doing the work… HAHAHA
