      Good start, bad ending - Regional City Manager TIER Employee Review

      Pros

      Great co-workers, very international and inclusive. There (was) a lot of room for improvement and growth, but also an importance on work-life balance (which I was lacking at my last job).

      Cons

      In general I felt like the growth surpassed the company and decisions were made on a short term mindset. The recent changes and firing of 180+ people did not go that well across the company as portrait by TIER. Things went wrong (maybe understandable for a start-up/scale-up), but I at least a more humane approach.
