      Pros

      My time with THS has been a great experience! From the strong sense of family and fun culture to the quality work that is performed on a daily basis, this company truly sets a high standard for others to follow. Management is very receptive to employee feedback/suggestions, and is always willing and able to provide assistance as needed. As a current employee, I can honestly say that I feel as though I am part of the team and not just a number. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such an awesome group of people, and hope to be with THS for many years to come.

      Pros

      I have never worked in an organization where the people look out for each other to help them grow and move the company forward. THS has grown substantially in the time I have been here but even so, leadership still makes an effort to stay connected and approachable. There’s a real focus on doing things the right way by investing in technology and investing in people. You can feel that the company is evolving in a positive direction, and it’s exciting to be part of that growth.

      Cons

      Like any growing company things can move quickly and priorities can sometimes shift. Staying ahead of it with constant communication would be helpful.

      Depending on which branch you work for your manager can make your job easy or extremely difficult.
