Great, smart people to work with and interesting work

Small company so there was a lot of work but compared to other consulting firms it wasn't bad. And they cared about work life balance

The people that I work with day-to-day are some of the brightest and most driven I've ever had the opportunity to work with in my career. Every week, and every day really, is a new opportunity for growth. The management really cares about your growth, both personally and professionally. The culture here is that of a true team - we are all working towards the same great goal and vision together. We have a monthly happy hour where we can all get to know one another better outside of the office. Our office is located in a WeWork space and so its a hip and open place to work. People ask you how you're doing and they really care about the answer. It's a safe place to make mistakes and learn from them. This truly is one of the best places to work.

Because we are a small but growing company, the hours can be very long depending on the client project or work necessary. There is also room for improvement in regards to vacation time and policy. It can be very confusing because of the accrual schedule. That said, THRUUE really does grow and develop its employees and these kinks will be ironed out overtime.
