Pros
I worked at THR33FOLD for about 5 months and during this time I gained insane work experience that interviewers have found to be very impressive. If you work hard and are dedicated to being the best intern you can be, you're going to be entrusted with tasks that PR Coordinators usually do (and this is a HUGE deal). Interns never make media lists or pitch to journalists but I did! The senior leadership at TH33FOLD knows what they're doing, and I picked up and learned awesome profesisonal habits from them. They truly pride themselves on the success of the company, and they're always thinking of ways to show their employees (even me, and I was only an intern) how much they appreciate us. The clients they have are incredible and the work I helped do for them is the type of work you only get when you're in an entry level position. Krystal and Daniel (who run the agency) are two of the most generous people I've met and working for them was such an incredible experience.
Cons
There are no downsides to working at THR33FOLD, but I must say that if you're looking for an internship that you can just throw on your resume I don't think this is the one for you. You're going to be considered as much more than just the intern who gets the coffee. They will rely on you to put in work and truly try your best with anything you do. If you're like me-- someone who gets things done and always thinks outside of the box-- you're going to love it. I was challenged in many ways, but in the end the people there will support you, teach you, guide you and most of all, want to see you succeed. If they ever have an opportunity open- apply.
