Fast-paced, driven organization - PR Specialist THINKINK Employee Review

Having worked at THINKINK the past two years has been an incredibly positive experience for me. One of the most satisfying aspects of my job is the variety of projects and clients I get to work with. This diversity not only keeps the work interesting but also challenges me in ways that contribute to my professional growth. Despite being a small team, our efficiency and teamwork amplify our impact in the work we do. Each member is accessible and ready to lend a hand or share insights. Our CSO is approachable, understanding and genuinely invested in both the team’s and the individual’s success. I feel privileged to be part of this team and thrilled to play an integral role in THINKINK’s continued growth and success.

The PR world can be incredibly fast paced and requires adaptability and quick thinking. This industry can be exhilarating and rewarding for those who enjoy this type of work (like myself). However, not everyone thrives in this type of environment.

The CEO is brilliant, you will learn a lot no matter how much experience you have. I always felt supported - she's a great teacher. The work is exceptionally rewarding. You get to help move the needle for clients who created great technology that we all need/use.

There were no cons for me. While we were a small team, my colleagues were smart and dedicated - awesome people who worked hard and were always willing to help.
