      Great colleague and great work culture, but lack in the salary benefit

      Only benefitted new joiner compared to the staff that is already a long term staff in the company also give the new joiner more salary compared to the staff that already joined previously

      free drinks for the staff which is nice

      stressful, demanding, each elder staff member will say different things to you which is confusing, despite them having an SOP. saw a staff member clipping fingernails at the counter. made me disgusted.
