Hostile Work Environment - Anonymous employee THC Design Employee Review

The managers/owners are not experienced with running a company! They do not know how to manage and become frustrated if an employee doesn’t automatically figure something out. Training is virtually non-existent. Human Resources has regular turn-over. The managers will laugh derisively at an employee during 1:1 “coaching” sessions if they ask for guidance on areas of growth. They also work out of compliance so good luck if they’re raided again and you’re working that day on the property!
