      Pros

      Pays better than most cm jobs.

      Cons

      No work flexibility. Limited PTO. They don't promote from within. One of few CM jobs in city that offer no WFH hours. Benefits kinda suck. They fire people with no write ups. Admin team who has little if any front-facing work gets to WFH though.

      Meaningful work and great co-workers.

      Cons

      Disconnect with leadership, rash decisions being made that have bigger consequences than they prepared for where program staff then have to fill in the gaps
