Pros

Booming Industry. Great deal of opportunity for company to increase market share. No forced overtime. No disciplinary action to attendance policy. Won’t break a sweat in a shift.

Cons

Company takes pride in promoting a diverse work environment, but forces it to the point where their effort has clearly become counterproductive to the cause, which is very unfortunate. Lack of motivation and follow through. Vast majority of employees are comfortable in their roles and have no desire for self-improvement or improvement of the company. “Legacy” employees that seem to have immunity when it comes to performance and/or behavior. Everything is outsourced. IT, maintenance, 1 Human Resources rep for entire company.

Pros

Most project managers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Lots of employee turnover recently. A lot of people let go and not replaced, their responsibilities have just been divided up amongst others leading people to be out of place.
