Not a good experience - Coach TGA Employee Review

The hours are very low. Pay is even lower. I was hired to be a head coach but was only put in to assist classes. The management talks big about communication yet when I wanted to clarify information with them I wouldn't get a response at all or I got the responses last minute and couldn't adjust my plans.
