      Someone who really cares about the direction of this company should really do something about Management’s and upper management’s behaviors. Clicks, favoritism, and racism have no place in the workplace.

      The compensation structure is pretty good

      Cons

      Benefits are bad and expensive, and employee morale was rough. Work-life balance was pretty terrible, and opportunities for advancement were continuing to be cut.
