      You can balance work life and personal life. But really anyone can over the age of 30.

      The fact that the CEO gets on here and rants to a former employee who left an honest comment- should show his character.

      You can choose whether to work in person, hybrid, or remote.

      Cons

      Everyone's expected to deliver perfect results when our work situation is far from perfect! Our salary doesn't even match the amount of work and stress we get from the job! And TFM's leadership is an entirely different kind of stress to deal with. Overall, working here was super stressful!
