      Very chilled out . No real pressure and good location

      Cons

      Pathetic management. The top management is not bothered at all. They come to office and go according to their own sweet time. Very egoistic people. Lack creativity and ideas on how to take the business forward. Also very un-ethical and are not at all customer or employee centric. Claim to give one compensation where as what you get is completely different.

      Flexible timing Informal wear allowed Friendly environment at work Amount of work is not taxing Nice ambiance You get to work with the people of your age. Monthly activities, sports tournaments and much more..

      Not much of a scope for promotions and personal growth work not appreciated to a proper extent salary - not satisfactory Less involvement of senior managers Bonus and increment not up to the mark
