Co-workers, office, atmosphere, professionalism, laidback management, not too pushy, co-workers are VERY helpful and seniors do not feel in charge, but rather take the lead and help others as they are supposed to do.

SALARY, management sometimes feel in charge and are too bossy rather than take the leadership, lack of details to products.

Old company with traditions and well known name. Good microclimate in the team. Huge resources.

As former state owned, company is often received by customers and partners as "old style", monopolistic, stagnant. Unfortunate very often is true- main revenue for the company comes from out-dated fixed telephony. Company claims to step in IT sector, by providing IT solutions for current clients. Sadly company has too few qualified staff and undeveloped products in the field.
