      The company is on a strong direction to build the company and create value for both its customers and for its shareholders. There is opportunity to learn about multiple facets of running a business in order to help build your skill set for personal growth The Management team is open and transparent The product has improved greatly from its previous generation since the founder left the company. Things are on the way up at TELoIP, looking forward to many great years to come

      Small Company, lots to learn (if steered properly). Good product Can grow into a great company if run properly

      No management vision. Entangled! No processes Everyone thinks they run the place No linearity in statement Lack of plan and execution Lots of issues. Lack of professionalism lack of culture Lack of ownership People blaming each other

      Interesting product, nice people. Interesting work overall. Building and designing customer solutions. Work with various protocols and equipment.

      Bad realization of the nice idea. Too many problems due to spaghetti code.
