Pros
Communication was relatively fast, especially at the beginning of the process.
Cons
I went through an initial interview and also completed a test that took an hour, so I expected a clear and structured process moving forward. After that, I received an unexpected phone call, without any prior scheduling. The call was not introduced as an interview or evaluation step, but later I was informed that I “did not pass the interview,” which was confusing and didn’t reflect how the interaction had been presented. The conversation itself felt quite unstructured. Some questions were relevant, others less so, and at times it felt like the discussion was drifting rather than focusing on the role. When I asked about practical aspects like time off and work-life balance, the tone shifted. I was told that days off are granted based on seniority, but without a clear explanation of how that works in practice. When I gave real examples (such as the possibility of working multiple important holidays in a row), this was treated more as a problem than as a reasonable concern. The call ended rather abruptly, without a clear wrap-up. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and not very transparent. It gave the impression that asking normal, practical questions isn’t always received well.
