Pros
-Great people who truly do care about you and your success -Culture is great! Can vary from office to office -Great training... this place made me the professional I am today and I am grateful for that, but there is a lot of work needed to be done. -PTO accumulates quickly
Cons
-Low base pay that they continue to turn a blind eye on. Wont match salary to current economy. Some of us had to get second jobs. -A lot of people not acting with good integrity and there is nothing you can do about it. Policies don't really exist. -You work with a lot of selfish people who will take food right out of people's mouths including their direct reports. There are leaders who care more about money than they do being a leader. -Too many external factors getting in the way of your money. There is NO job security. I was a top performer and ended up losing over half of my spread due to the economy changes. If back office fails to do their job, which they do often, you can miss out on a placement and therefore receive no spread. -Metrics in place can be influenced, but are out of your control. Based on amount of interviews, submittals, phone calls and references you complete. Interviews and submittals held the most weight and were hard to get in a saturated market. -Leaders turn a blind eye on sexual harassment and racist remarks. People who are repeat offenders still have jobs while those who felt uncomfortable had to leave. -They love to say they don't lay people off... but the truth is they put people on unattainable performance plans when they're not producing and fire them. -You are in an office all week trying to be a professional meanwhile everyone thinks its Wolf of Wall Street. Lots of high school drama. -Favoritism is real. Some people can not hit their metrics, while others had to. If your lead doesn't like you - good luck. -Poor work life balance. Don't think there was ever a time I didn't do work on PTO. People brag about working while they have the flu... not healthy. -You can make the company millions and still only make $70K/year. Company is making way too much profit off of people's hard work. Without recruiters, you are eliminating a lot of profit.
