Pros
TEC is by far the best company I've worked for in many ways; Every employee has a voice and all ideas considered. Company transparency is a priority. Personal growth for all personnel is important to leadership. Training is highly valued here and TEC does a good job allowing employee's to pursue any/all necessary training to include technical seminars. Over the last year, TEC has done a great job cleaning up the workplace environment and brought in fresh motivated people who actually care and are driven by success.
Cons
More of an inherent small company trait but due to TEC being a smaller company, people are often expected to have a wide area of responsibility. This can be a big deal for unmotivated people who want a mundane boring job.
