- The managing director is not inspiring and has no strategy, nobody knows what is the local adaptation of the company’s plan. Her job ? Publishing books which are actually written by everyone else in the agency. - You can’t talk to the HR team of the problems because it creates more problems - Working on 10 or 12 accounts is totally normal in this agency. But as they are undersold, we can't satisfy them. - The newbiz team only sells "PR toolkits", there is no creative ideas or strategies in it. They simply copy-paste the same ideas, change the logo and pray for a prospect to accept - The central team has been warned about the situation every week for years. Nothing never changed in the Paris office
