- good salary - allowances that add to my salary monthly - USD1000 bonus every year for a charity
Cons
- sometimes lack of work life balance but can be fixed with more staff on the ground - the culture is good but some people can be too playful and sometimes offensive, not the fault of the company but just not very nice sometimes when it’s too much
